LIA is the project bringing artificial intelligence across the entire production process and into Libellula’s software ecosystem for sheet metal manufacturing.
Complex assembly classification
Artificial intelligence enters the classification of complex structures.
Reads information inside assembly files, reconstructs sheet and tube profiles and suggests a classification. The operator reviews and confirms.
OPTIA by Libellula
Artificial intelligence enters the reconstruction of sheet metal remnants.
Optical acquisition corrects image distortions. Neural-network segmentation cleans the boundaries and returns the actual CAD remnant geometry to stock and nesting.
LIA digital assistant
A new way to interact with the Libellula information ecosystem.
Conversational support draws on company information to provide references and suggested actions. The assistant is in development, with people in control of the next step.
